Locate the Amortization Schedule- Within the Primary Bond Documents majority of the Primary Bond Documents the Commission manages are posted in .pdf format.  We will be adding more as they become available.  The amortization schedules are usually located within the Specimen Bond of each bond documents.  

Find Current Account Balances- Within the Statements of Accounts button are the latest balances for each issue.  Please select the range, then your period dates.  The issues are listed alphabetical within each county.  Most web browsers have a find/search feature.  Entering your specific issue name can expedite the search.

Find the Bondholder of an Issue- Within the Summary and Annual Reports the reports are posted semi-annually.  A one line summary of each account is listed with their paying agent.  This is the eighth column (Paying Agent) on the report listing.  Further detail on the paying agent can be found on the Paying Agent address page located earlier in the report.

Change my Contact Information-Within the Forms button there is a .pdf document for the Account Update Information.  This form can be faxed, mailed or emailed back to our office.

Find the Bond Counsel for an Issue- Within the Summary and Annual Reports the reports are posted semi-annually.  A one line summary of each account is listed with their bond counsel.  Further detail on the bond counsel can be found on the Bond Counsel address page located earlier in the report.

Find the Interest Earning Rate of an Issue-Within the Statement of Accounts button are the Annual Statements.  The fiscal years listed have a .pdf document to accompany each year.  Please print this document for more detail about the issues. 

Determine a Bond Issue’s Interest Rate-Within the Summary and Annual Reports the reports are posted semi-annually.  A one line summary of each account is listed with their interest rate.

Find the Original Issue Amount for an Issue- Within the Summary and Annual Reports button the reports are posted semi-annually.  A one line summary of each account is listed with their original issue amount.

Find the Year of a Bond’s Last Debt Service- Within the Summary and Annual Reports the reports are posted semi-annually.  A one line summary of each account is listed with their last debt service.  This is the seventh column (Last Debt) on the report listing.

Find Principal Outstanding Balance-On each Revenue Statements of Accounts the principal outstanding is listed.  Please select the range, then your period dates.  The issues are listed alphabetical within each county.  The amount is located at the bottom left of each statement.  Please note these balances are audited on an annual basis.  Most web browsers have a find/search feature.  Entering your specific issue name can expedite the search.

Find Maximum Reserve Requirements-On each reserve Statements of Accounts the maximum requirement is noted.  Please select the range, then your period dates.  The issues are listed alphabetical within each county.  The comment is located at the bottom left of each statement with the notation “RR:”.  Once the reserve requirement is met, any overage is surplus of the issuer and can be withdrawn at any time. Most web browsers have a find/search feature.  Entering your specific issue name can expedite the search.

Sign up for Electronic Payments-Within the Forms button there is a .pdf document for the Electronic Payment Application.  Please have your board or town council approve the Resolution.  Complete the bank information and account listing forms.  Mail all forms to the Commission at 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 1117, Charleston, WV  25302.  We need original signatures, please no copies.

Sign up for Autiomatic Sweep Payments-Please contact the Commission to obtain an applciation for the automatic sweep option.  We will provide you with the necessary forms.  Please have your board or town council approve the Resolution.  Complete the bank information and account listing forms.  Mail all forms to the Commission at 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 1117, Charleston, WV  25302.  We need original signatures, please no copies.

Request a Surplus Refund-Any overage is surplus of the issuer and can be withdrawn at any time.  Request for surplus refund must be on letterhead and with an authorized signature.  Fax letters are acceptable.  Our fax number is 304-558-1280.  Due to additional interest earnings, a sentence is needed for review of future earnings to close an account.  Example:  Please continue to review our account and refund any additional interest earnings until account can be closed.
